The short version

Sacramento Beauty Salon collects the minimum needed to answer your message and to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles from visitors.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, you choose what to send us: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message. That submission is delivered to the salon inbox by our email provider so a person can reply to you. We keep it as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.

We only use what you send to reply to you and to arrange or discuss a service. We do not add contact-form submissions to a newsletter or marketing list, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.

Information collected automatically

The website uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to count page views and measure loading performance. These measurements are reported in aggregate and are not used to identify individual visitors or to follow them across other websites. Like any web server, our host also processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tags.

Third parties that process data for us

We keep the list of processors short and name them plainly: our website host and analytics provider (Vercel) serves the pages and produces the aggregate traffic and performance measurements, and our email provider (Forward Email) delivers contact-form submissions and forwards mail sent to our address. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts when a page loads. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Email hello@sacramentobeautysalon.com and we will action it. You can also browse the entire website without submitting anything — the contact form is the only place we ask for personal details.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour those requests regardless of where you are; just email us.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example if we add online booking or a newsletter — we will update this page to describe what actually happens before the change goes live.
